With many packages and the ability to customize a package specifically for you, there are many factors that determine pricing. It's just like at your favorite boutique or department store. It is very difficult to walk in and simply ask "How much is a dress?" The salesperson can't get you the dress that you want on that limited bit of information. (Although you expect low prices at K-Mart, better quality at Macy's, and TOP of both at La Boutique d'Rodeo Drive.) The salesperson needs vital information from you first: Are you looking for a casual dress, a business suit, or a formal evening gown? Cotton, leather, or silk? Mass produced 'off-the-rack' design, or a 'one-of-a-kind' original? Is your budget $50 or $5,000? First you tell the salesperson what you want, only then can they assist you with selecting exactly what you desire. It's just like that here. As previously stated, with many packages and the ability to customize a package specifically for you, there are many factors that determine pricing. Basically, we're 'Macy's', we feature a wide selection of products, with very good quality, at a very fair price. But before we can quote you a price we need to know whether you want: a DJ, a Solo Musician or a Full Band? (or a clown, or a videographer, or JUST equipment rental). Peak-Season or Off-Season? Saturday Night or a Weeknight? One hour or Six? Something small & intimate for 20 Guests? Or big & flashy & loud for 20,000? Or somewhere in between? The best we have with price no object, or something more basic to fit a tight budget? What Do You Charge? The short answer: "Like at any reputable & established business, you get what you pay for." (Actually, at KWest Productions, we try very hard to give you MORE than you pay for.) KWest entertainment is neither the most expensive, nor the least expensive. You recieve an excellent value with the services we provide. Our packages start at $200 and top-of-the-line packages, with full options can top $5,000. We feature complete Entertainment & Production ( Sound & Light ) Packages for anything from a clown for a children's birthday party to 3 bands with concert sound & lights for a 10,000 person rock festival. We Specialize in DJ & Live Musician Packages for Your Wedding or Other Private Party. Here's some lists of our most popular packages and options, roughly divided by type of event. Once you've done that, you can select your event type, basic package and add-ons and options, and the Instant Estimator will adjust the pricing for your day/month, length of engagement, and other options and e-mail you a detailed preliminary (no obligation) estimate with total price. Our staff will review the estimate and contact you to clarify your desires, & make sure you're ordering exactly what you want, then prepare you a written contract for your final approval.
